Family is important to me. As a son, father, and husband, I understand the responsibility we all have to our loved ones. One of those responsibilities is planning for our future, whether that means saving for retirement or making arrangements to care for those we love.
As an attorney, I have the opportunity to help clients solve their problems and achieve their goals. I love estate planning because it gives the me the opportunity to be creative in finding solutions to problems. At its heart, the practice of law is about people - the needs of our clients. Estate planning is an incredibly important and personal need, and the security that I help to provide to my clients is very rewarding.
My Background
I graduated from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco in May of 2001, took and passed the California bar exam that summer, and was admitted to practice in December of 2001. Since that time I have been continuously working as an attorney. I am admitted to practice before all of the Courts in the State of California, the Northern and Central District federal trial courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court.
I handled my first probate matter in 2003 and my first exposure to estate planning was in 2004. Since that time I have had the opportunity to hone my skills as an estate planner so that I can now give my clients the top-notch service they deserve.
Why You Should Use My Services
I personally draft all your estate planning documents. Some estate planners meet with clients to get their business, and then let paralegals and other staff gather information and - in some cases - even draft the actual estate planning documents! I promise you that I will personally create your estate plan using the most up-to-date forms available.
I have the expertise and experience needed to craft your unique estate plan. My background in litigation as well as planning gives me the perspective to understand not just what legal documents will best help you achieve your needs, but also insight into why plans fail, get challenged in Court, and how those challenges are adjudicated.
I can provide many of the ancillary services you might require in the future. As families grow, their needs and circumstances change. Not only can I review your estate plan and help ensure that it stays up-to-date and complies with changes in law, but I can also provide other services that you might need including family law and real estate matters.
My clients are important to me and I want to help you accomplish your goals. I truly appreciate the trust that my clients place in me as their attorney and counselor.
A Final Word
Your estate plan is important. I strongly recommend that you employ the services of a qualified, experienced attorney to work with you, discuss your options, and implement an individualized plan that will work best for you. The time and expense you spend now will provide to you peace of mind with security and savings for your loved ones. The process of creating an estate plan is an investment in yourself and one of the most loving benefits that you can provide to those you love and care about.
